Returns & Refunds Policy
Ordered In error / No longer required
On receipt of the parts, we will refund the parts providing they are returned within 14 days of delivery and are in a saleable condition.No refunds will be made for parts that have been fitted.
Ordered correctly - Wrong parts supplied
If the reason for return is the result of our error, we will refund the parts and carriage costs, providing they are returned within 14 days, they have not been fitted and are in a saleable condition.
Damaged goods on arrival
If the goods were damaged before they reached you, we will refund the parts in full. Please note that the carrier may wish to investigate damage claims prior to us processing your refund. Damage caused through incorrect installation is not covered.
All parts supplied are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 1 Year.
In the unlikely event of a genuine manufacturing fault, a full refund for parts and carriage costs will be issued on return (parts must be in the same condition as when supplied)
If the fault is caused by incorrect installation or lack of understanding, we will provide a report of why the part/s failed without a parts refund but offer a replacement at reduced cost where possible.
Please send parts back to us securely wrapped, along with a letter ( or copy of email correspondence) stating the reason for the return.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, if in doubt please confirm with us first.
